Cloud PMS feature you’ll love: Automatic emails

Even though the Cloud PMS has not hit the shelves so to speak, we can’t help but share our excitement that’s been a long overdue requested feature to help manage your reservations: automated emails.

We’re still in Beta testing with the Cloud-based software, but have been having fun testing the functionality and appearance of automated emails. Auto-emails are a huge time saver and an easy way to communicate with your guests about their upcoming reservation, special add-ons that’ll enhance their stay, and thank you emails when they leave your property.

Let’s imagine that you have a 15-room property with an annual occupancy of 50%, this translates into 2,737 reservations each year. If you’re currently using RezStream Professional, that’s 2,737 confirmation emails that get sent manually! Your fingers are probably ready for the typing Olympics!

To make everyone’s lives easier and allow you more time to focus on other aspects of your business, we’ve been working on the automatic emails feature and the customizable parameters with which emails are sent. Want a reminder email sent a week before their stay? Done. Want a thank you email sent a day after they check out? Easy. Want a payment receipt sent the day they leave? No problem. You have total control of how and when emails are delivered.

Now, instead of sitting in the office manually writing emails to your previous guests, you have the time to join your current guests for your 4 p.m. reception hour!
