About Inn San Francisco

Inn San Francisco is a historic Victorian bed and breakfast located in the popular Mission District of San Francisco. They are a family-owned property that proudly serves those who seek the charm of a Victorian inn and peaceful surroundings within the busy city.

Their guests span from all 50 states and all over the world, particularly Europe, Canada, Australia, and Brazil. While they serve families, they also receive a lot of business travelers who are looking for something other than a generic hotel.  

Inn San Francisco runs a small operation with 21 rooms and 10 employees. As such, they chose to hire a third party to help with their digital marketing and maintain their business within the ever-changing world of technology.

Question 1 - Can you describe your selection process and what criteria you were looking for when choosing an agency?

Inn San Francisco: I researched at least four or five companies that offered similar services and wanted one that would not only create a functioning website but would also help maintain it and its capabilities in the future.

Inn San Francisco: Over the last nine years we have seen our business improve almost yearly and we feel confident that rezStream will continue to provide the services that are needed in today's highly competitive hospitality industry.

Question 3 - What business processes does the solution enhance, and how much does it reduce the cost and time to complete these processes?

Inn San Francisco: Overall the booking engine and the ability of guests to book directly with us, and the added feature of allowing OTA's to also use our system without allotments, has greatly opened us up to the world. Combined with the internet marketing, it provides assurance that we will be viable for a long time to come.  The booking engine has freed up the office staff to be there for our guests instead of constantly replying to emails and telephone calls asking the same questions.

Inn San Francisco: I chose rezStream because of the staff personalities and I felt that rezStream would be easy to work with on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
