Jeff was born and raised in Minnesota. He currently resides in a suburb of Minneapolis with his wife of 23 years and 2 teenage boys. He especially enjoys golf and boating in the summer and ice fishing, skiing, and sledding with the kids in the LONG winters.

Jeff joined the rezStream team in 2014 with over 17 years of sales experience and was one of the original employees at Munsenware selling the Guest Tracker property management software. He has held various other sales positions, including starting and running his own business.

Jeff has been with rezStream since 2014 and in that time, has become a leading educator in the hospitality industry. Not only does he run monthly webinars for clients and general public education, he also travels across the U.S. and presents as a featured speaker at many lodging and hospitality conferences. His background and experience immersed in the industry has given him a wide variety of expertise ranging from property management software and tips to increase your booking engine reservations, to strategies to easily update and refresh the look of your website, to the latest tricks in internet marketing and search engine optimization.

Christian Holmsen is Chief Executive Officer of RezStream where he provides strategic vision, executive leadership and operational tactics to the company. Christian is committed to grow and enhance RezStream as a leading provider of technology solutions to independent hotel operators.

On a day-to-day basis in the office, Christian works closely with RezStream’s management team on initiatives in website design, internet marketing, software development, technical support, business development and administration. His diverse business management background and expertise makes him a great fit for tuning RezStream’s business infrastructure.

At RezStream Christian gets to combine two passions: entrepreneurial business management with travel and tourism. He has been engaged in the hospitality industry off and on for two decades through his exposure and direct participation in three of his family’s businesses; a travel agency (Town and Country Travel, San Mateo, CA), a US and European hotel and travel guide business (Karen Brown’s Guides, Moss Beach, CA) and a 50 room boutique hotel and long-time RezStream customer (Dolphin Cove Inn, Manzanillo, Mexico).

Christian brings 20 years of varied business strategy, financial management and personnel leadership to the company. Prior to joining RezStream in May of 2012, he served for eight years as CFO, President and co-owner of two Colorado based service companies where he led successful turn-around and growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, Christian spent five years as an investment banker for two California firms specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He also spent another five years in financial and operational roles for several entrepreneurial businesses in Colorado and California.

Christian holds a Bachelor degree in finance and two Master degrees (an MBA and a Masters of Accountancy) from the University of Denver. He has also earned the Colorado Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Christian grew up in Norway and is a Second Lieutenant from the Royal Norwegian Navy. He lives in the suburbs of Denver with his wife and four children where he enjoys an active lifestyle capitalizing on Colorado’s great weather and outdoor opportunities.

Liz Brown is the VP of Customer Delivery for rezStream. Liz plays a vital role in overseeing the delivery of software, digital marketing, and website design services to customers. Prior to her managerial position, Liz worked within rezStream’s digital services department as an Digital Marketing Account Manager where she utilized her expertise at client management, search engine optimization, pay per click management, and online marketing strategies and tactics.

In her role, Liz brings her 11 years of experience to benefit the teams through strategy development, effective leadership skills, continued education on emerging trends, and ensuring every client receives impeccable service. Liz is invited to speak at many industry conferences and provides professional guidance and insight on best practices in the hotel industry.

Liz has lived in Denver the last 14 years. She enjoys traveling with her family, taking her dog, Teddy, on walks and exploring new things with daughter.

Melanie Stoner works for RezStream in their Denver, Colorado office as the Office Manager. Melanie is responsible for administrative tasks at RezStream including accounts receivable and accounts payable, marketing, trade show and event planning, human resources, and customer relations.

Melanie grew up in the small town of Farmington, New Mexico, where she developed a love for all forms of outdoor recreation such as rafting, kayaking, rock climbing and rappelling. In the fall of 2002, she moved to Denver to complete her educational studies. Melanie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science with a double minor in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Metropolitan State College Denver in 2005.

Melanie has eight years previous office management experience with a company that provided gallery quality artwork and interior decorating solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes. Outside of work, Melanie’s passion for interpersonal relations involves extracurricular activities such as theater and dramatic arts. She also volunteers her time with a variety of charitable organizations.

Kyle Avila has been apart of RezStream's Support Team since 2012. Kyle Avila was born and raised in Colorado, and he studied Hotel and Event Management at Johnson and Wales University in Denver and also played on the school's volleyball team. In the past, Kyle was employed by Norwegian Cruise Lines before landing a position with Starwood Hotel and Resorts. He enjoys working in the hospitality business and is proving a great asset to the RezStream support team.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys coaching and playing volleyball, vacationing by the ocean, and seeing his favorite bands live in concert.

Missy joined rezStream in 2021 as a Business Development Representative. Missy’s role assists with prospective clients in learning about their business needs so she may propose the correct solutions from rezStream that will help the client succeed. Missy has extensive customer service and sales experience throughout her career and embraces everyday challenges the position requires.

Missy attended Bemidji State University and graduated with a degree in Applied Psychology. She enjoys spending time with her family, being at the lake, gardening, reading, and watching a good Netflix series.

Holly is a Search Engine Marketing Specialist at rezStream. Holly is analytical and detail oriented which greatly assists in developing strategies and executing them with clients. Holly specifically markets to customers through implementing and analyzing search engine optimization, email marketing, and pay per click advertisements.

Holly attended the University of Colorado Denver and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Summa Cum Laude. Holly has experience previously assisting small business owners with their marketing needs. Holly enjoys working directly with clients, as she can make a difference in each individual marketing situation.

Holly enjoys spending time with her dog, exploring new restaurants in Denver, and camping on the weekends. Although Holly is a Colorado native and does not plan on moving, she loves to travel throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Cass Tooke is the Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist for rezStream. Cass coordinates the development and implementation of blogging and social media strategies for clientele, along with collaborating with the digital marketing team.

With three years of professional experience, Cass has utilized her skills as a digital marketing creative with work in social media, content creation, market research, and digital communications. After leading initiatives across multiple organizations, Cass strengthened social media engagement for her clientele and bolstered what made each brand unique to audiences.

Cass strengthened her digital marketing skills by attending the Jack J. Valenti School of Communications at the University of Houston. While balancing work and school, Cass earned her B.A. degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. After finishing her studies, Cass dived into the world of marketing and assisted in opportunities that led to being featured in acclaimed online publications and harnessed celebrity engagement by curating strategic marketing plans.

Tom Burke is rezStream’s Digital Marketing Specialist, focused on supporting the hospitality industry by emphasizing the necessity of hospitality technology. Mastering search engine optimization, email marketing, and online advertising, Tom's expertise will help rezStream expand its reach and it identify independent properties that will benefit from our services. 

With over 5 years of hands-on experience, Tom prides himself in a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving targeted traffic to websites. Tom began his SEO career with an Adirondack-based mushroom tea company, later moving on to work for a pool contractor and an oil delivery service. Throughout, Tom also freelanced for diverse clients over a wide range of industries including non-profits, politicians, and a YouTube production company. 

When not working, Tom enjoys spending time with his dogs, backpacking, and playing guitar. 

Jennifer Ayers is the Customer Success Manager at rezStream. She has a passion for helping our customers identify opportunities where rezStream services and solutions can help achieve their strategic business goals.

Jennifer has over 14 years of professional experience developing her customer success and account management skills with an emphasis on product development and consumer education.

She has enjoyed supporting customers in various capacities including within education, non-profit and consumer products. Throughout her career, she has worked with volunteers, board members, students, faculty, and consumers and has strived to be a trusted advocate and resource.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and enjoys taking fun, interesting and educational classes; always seeking to learn and grow personally and professionally.

She lives in San Diego, CA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, pets, playing pickleball, crafting, traveling, and attending live theater and music events.

Cierra is a Search Engine Marketing Specialist for rezStream. Her role involves the implementation and delivery of strategy, development, and analysis of customers’ online presence. This often includes marketing customers through various online tactics such as search engine optimization, pay-per-click, and email marketing.

Cierra studied communications and business management at Central College in Iowa and played on the college’s women’s golf team. Before rezStream, she was employed by Sand Valley Resort in Wisconsin where she gained experience in hotel marketing and customer relationships.

In her spare time, Cierra enjoys being outside hiking, golfing, snowboarding, or hanging with her dog, Charlie.
