Very simple, your marketing team will increase your property’s online visibility. They will ensure your website is ranked well in search engines, accessible through paid advertising, and top of mind through blogging and social media efforts. Your branded booking engine will capture more direct bookings and reduce your reliance on OTAs. Your property management software will improve processes and staff effectiveness through automation and ease of use. Your recurring 90-day success reviews will ensure we look at the data, learn from the past, and make the next 90-day cycle better.

What if I don't want all your services?

We know that the whole system will be greater than the sum of its parts. So, to maximize your return on investment our Suite plans are the way to go. However, we understand that you may already have commitments that prohibit your ability to leverage all our services. If that is your situation, we do offer standalone services to support individual needs.

Can I customize my plan?

By design, each plan is customized to your brand and 12-month strategy as you work with your Customer Success manager. In addition, based on your budget and our expertise in driving results, we have laid out key components in each plan that ensure you can maximize your return on your investment.

How does the money back guarantee work?

After signing your contract, you will have 90-days to conduct your personal evaluation of rezStream. Nothing is off limits. We know you don’t switch your systems/services/providers on a whim, but if you are not satisfied with our onboarding, services, or the results you’re seeing, you can back out. Is there a contract?

Yes, for both your protection and ours. Regardless of how you choose to pay (monthly vs. annually) we operate with annual agreements and put our promises in writing. This ensures that you can get a complete return on your investment. This partnership should not come with hesitation. We want you to succeed, and to do so, we want you for a full annual cycle. Besides, we can't imagine you would want to change your systems multiple times a year.

How long does it take to get started?

rezStream is prepared to start almost immediately. After signing the paperwork, you will be assigned a success manager and they will schedule a kick-off call with you. In the kickoff call, we will be learning everything we can about you and your property. We will get the software data conversion started and “go-live” date and training scheduled, kickoff the web site project, and get you onboarded with the marketing staff. Most properties can be fully operational on all components within 30 days. We’re ready to go when you are!

Will you convert my data from my existing software?

In most cases we can convert the data from your existing PMS. It depends on the provider’s reports and what you can export from their platform. In addition, we will also transfer over webpages, content, and images from your old website into your new website. And our marketing team will gain access to your Google Analytics and My Business accounts.

How do you connect to OTA's?

rezStream Cloud connects to more than 80 different third-party booking sites allowing hotels to experiment and find the sales channels that work best for them. Additionally, our PMS alerts hoteliers real time when and from where new bookings are made for instant intelligence.

Can I help design my web site?

Absolutely, this is a partnership! During the onboarding period you will work as closely as you wish with our design experts, so your new website is beautiful, highly effective, and reflects your unique brand and style.

What growth should I expect?

That all depends on your appetite for achieving your goals and the plan you select. When it is all said and done, you will see improvements in your online search rankings, an increase in the number of quality visitors interacting with your website, and enhanced direct booking conversions. How do I measure my ROI?

This is our favorite part of the entire process. Your reservation software provides over 30 performance reports. In addition, rezStream installs Google Analytics tracking on every page of your website and booking engine.

We can see everything from how a visitor came to your website, what search engine they used, what pages they viewed, how long they were on your website, did they enter your booking engine, and did they convert. This data tells us what’s working, what needs to be adjusted, and your ROI on your investment.

How do I process payments from the system?

rezStream offers two integrated payment process options. With rezStream payments we've eliminated third-party involvement, guaranteeing a comprehensive infusion of rezStream's expertise in customer service from initiation to conclusion. You can also use our 3rd Party connection through Shif4 as an alternate processor.
