Shows all of the ledger entries for a given period across all invoices. It also provides a variety of ways to filter the ledger and drill into specifics.
Filter by:
- Invoice Number.
- Name (of the person).
- Reservation (name or number).
- Description.

Journal Entry
Pull data from the Financial Audit and Ledger views, ensuring accuracy when reviewing those views. The Journal Entry lists all accounts with activity during the period, showing total debits and credits.
Clicking on any account reveals a detailed Ledger view with all related entries, giving you confidence in the accuracy and completeness of the journal entry before posting to your accounting system.
